Christmas Cheer tallies record number of baskets

With presents nestled around Christmas trees and stockings hanging over fireplaces, families should feel good this holiday after donating to Christmas Cheer applicants in need.

Thanks to Butler County Visions of Well-Being providing a platform, 176 area applicants received baskets of goods in the eighth annual Christmas Cheer delivery last Saturday.

Though VoW President Shawna Lebeck had of goal of filling 180 baskets, this year’s tally was still a record.
