Chesnut wins $21,000 prize

Clarksville’s Jeff Chesnut claimed $21,000 in the lottery’s Deluxe 7-11-21 scratch game.
He purchased his ticket at the Express Mart in town July 28.
“I pick and choose, but if it feels right, I just buy a certain ticket, and that one happened to look good to me that day,” Chesnut said, claiming his prize at the lottery’s regional office in Mason City.
