Carl Herman Forrest Garbes, 87, of Clarksville, died Thursday, March 24, 2016, at the Clarksville Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Clarksville, of dementia and a brain hemorrhage. Visitation was held from 4-7 p.m., on Tuesday, March 29, at the Redman- Schwartz Funeral Home in Clarksville, and one hour before services at the church. Memorials may be directed to the family.
