Butler County Youth in Central Iowa Showdown

These Butler County Youth have the exciting opportunity to represent Butler County in the upcoming Central Iowa Showdown. The Central Iowa Showdown is a district show for nine different counties (Boone, Butler, Franklin, Grundy, Hamilton, Hardin, Humboldt, Webster, and Wright). The show will be held Sunday, July 28 at the Hamilton County Fairgrounds in Webster City, Iowa. Participants earned the right to attend by exhibiting the Champion animal in one of the following species in their respective county. Eligible species include: Beef, Sheep, Meat Goat, and Swine. The Butler County Youth that have punched their tickets for the Central Iowa Showdown are as follows (listed as pictured): Market Beef – Ainsley Lovrien, Breeding Beef – Alison Mehmen, Market Sheep – Sydney Lovrien, Breeding Sheep – Brynn Salge, Market and Breeding Meat Goat – Colton Harken, Market Swine – Sam Janssen (not pictured), and Breeding Swine - Tommy Janssen (not pictured).
