Board hires West Harrison superintendent

After interviews with three candidates, North Butler Board of Education appointed Joel L. Foster, 46, as superintendent at last Wednesday’s meeting (April 23).

After five special meetings in April, including three interview sessions, the board selected Foster, the superintendent/prekindergarten-third grade principal at West Harrison Community School District in Mondamin, who will begin July 1.
