Bearcats stay unbeaten in TIC

ALLISON – Two early runs in support of North Butler’s Taylor Graven was all the Bearcats really needed.
But for good measure, coach Jeff Stirling’s team tacked on a pair of insurance runs in the fifth to hand visiting West Fork a 4-0 Top of Iowa Conference loss at Allison on Wednesday, June 7.
“Good start, it’s always good to give Taylor a two-run lead,” coach Stirling said. “Usually, a couple runs with her is dynamite. Really, it’s all we need. She had 12 strikeouts and that’s pretty normal for her...."
