ATV resolution presented for board's consideration

  Franklin County Supervisor Mike Nolte presented the board with a resolution Franklin County passed a few years back that allows ATVs to drive on maintained ("Level A") gravel roads.
  Nolte said his brother-in-law, the Dumont fire chief, suggested he bring the [proposal] to Butler County for the board's consideration.
  "We've had people come to campgrounds in Franklin County (partly) because they can ride their ATVs on the road," Nolte said. ... 
  Comments are being taken from county staff and the public, but please read how Franklin County designed the resolution first. That's all in the July 30 Butler County Tribune-Journal and Clarksville Star (page 2).
