Area coaches react to re-districting

DES MOINES – Ask Clarksville coach Chris Arians his thoughts on the new 8-Man districts set up for next year and he says isn’t surprised.

“Ironically, this is exactly how I predicted our district would shape up,” Arians said. “I think it will be a tough district.”

Included in Class 8-Man, District 3 with the Indians are CAL, Janesville, North Iowa, Northwood-Kensett, Riceville, Rockford and Tripoli.

“I know Janesville and Northwood-Kensett both beat us last year; they lost a couple guys, but as a whole they have a big chunk of their team back going into this year like we do,” Arians said...
