Allison Main Street bid letting suggested for 2017

The Allison farm-to-market road project is inching along with a suggestion to push the bid letting to early 2017.
Department of Transportation has given clearances needed for the contract engineer, Ryken Engineering, to proceed with final plans, engineer Lee Gallentine told City Council on Monday, April 25.
The city’s part of the project will span from Seventh Street at Linden, east to the southwest square jog around the courthouse, then south on Main Street.
