Allison Little Lambs kick off school year

While older kids are starting school, their younger counterparts are still hard at work—with preschool and play time—at Allison Little Lambs daycare.
     Little Lambs, located just north of Trinity Reformed Church on Cherry Street, was begun in 2015 to fill a need for childcare in Allison, and has served the community ever since as a licensed, non-denominational nonprofit Christian daycare provider.
     Currently 28 kids are enrolled in the program.
     “We provide a trusted daycare with a Christian atmosphere and strive to meet all of the … early childhood standards for school readiness going into kindergarten,” said Director Daniel Shafer.
