Allison Council discussed budget

The Allison City Council had a special workshop to discuss the next year’s budget and the different department requests.
City Clerk Glenda Miller handed out the budget to all the Council members—all of which were in attendance.
The Council looked at revenues first, discussing property taxes and how the city will continue to back fill on those.
“In regards to the yearly street project,” Clerk Miller said. “Will we be doing anything with that or do we want the Farm to Market be that project?”
The Council decided that the Farm to Market would be the yearly street project.
