Aggressive Wildcats get to Indians

CLARKSVILLE – Right from the start, Riceville set the tempo by stepping into the passing lane and getting steals on the Clarksville girls’ basketball team.
It put coach Joe Huck’s Indians in a big hole to start and they never recovered in an eventual 55-34 loss to the Wildcats on Tuesday, Jan. 12.
What drew Huck’s ire, though, was a late elbow to the mid-section of his leading scorer Brittney Litterer with less than a minute in the game after it had long since been decided.
