1:1 Chromebooks talk of future at Clarksville

Having to replace 50 to 75 computers at the high school next year, Clarksville At-Risk/School Improvement Coordinator Eric Eckerman suggested purchasing Google Chromebooks.

Costing $250 to $350 apiece, Chromebooks are nearly one-fourth the cost of MacBook Pro laptops (around $1,200 apiece). The personal computers do not have a hard drive, as most all their content can be stored on the Cloud.
